The gonorrhea test is a kind of test like the chlamydia test because of its nature of occurring in the genitalia of both male and female who get affected when the genital organs are in contact with the others like the same. As it is a sexually transmitted disease it causes severe damage to the genital organs and as well as the health on the whole. It is not that it has to be sexually transmitted it also spreads from a mother to the new born baby which is given by a vaginal birth. Thus the std tests have to be conducted by the person who thinks or has any doubt because he / she if had any kind of physical relationship with an infected person.
